This week, the Bojesens went to visit Amass restaurant in Copenhagen. The restaurant opened in July 2013 and is run by former Noma chef Matthew Orlando and his crew. Amass is situated at Refshaleøen in B&W’s old shipyard, which gives the place a rustic New Yorker-feel. All interior is hand-picked by the Amass crew, and all food is served with Kay Bojesen’s Grand Prix cutlery. We’re proud to be in such a stylish company!
